There were 20 years of experince and more than 700 traditional wooden lightweight house constructions behind the manufacturing of the Newton Modular houses, when we decided that to meet the challenge of more recent times we will move to the modular houses built on own site which is using the same technology but but more innovative and sustainable.

We have adapted the architectural techniques which are so popular in the American neighborhoods to domestic expectations after we used the technique abroad for 10 years after we mastered them on a study trip in Florida. We are building four-season, permanent, functional homes at our Békés county site where the construction process can be examined any time.
